RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Delivery options:

Standard Irish delivery: (3-5 days) €6

Standard rest of world(5-10 days) €12.95

Express Ireland (1-2days) €12.95

Returns:

Please see our returns policy below and follow instructions if you wish to return

Terms of return:

We will replace, exchange or refund most items providing they are returned complete,unused in full original packaging with tags intact within 7 days of reciept of goods.

Returns will not be accepted after the 7 day limit

There must be absolutely no signs of wear or use, including tan, makeup, perfume, odour or any stain or damage

We will happily exchange goods for a different size or item

We will provide one free exchange per order

We do not cover your shipping costs back to us

Returns can take up to 14 days to process, once your item

arrives back with us it will be inspected by our returns team and you will be refunded via the method you paid with. As we charge  payment in euro you will also be refunded in euro, we are not responsible for any currency change within this time, 

This is in line with irish consumer law

Exceptions

No refund or exchange on Facemasks, clearance or custom made items. No refund on sale items, discounted, pre order or offer items
