Due to late cancellations and no shows we have unfortunately been forced to charge a booking fee of €40. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your outfit or order. If you need to cancel your appointment you may do so up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment and your booking fee will be refunded, should you fail to cancel ahead of time or not arrive for your appointment your booking deposit will not be refunded.

Custom made appointments
WHAT IS THE CUSTOM MADE PROCESS?
For custom made appointments the first step is to book in your appointment with Julie. The private appointment is 1 hour long, in this time you will choose your fabric, finalise your design and Julie will take all measurements needed. you dont need to have a design chosen as we can help with what suits you personally, but it is a good idea to save images you like so we have a good starting point.
COST & PAYMENT OPTIONS
The price of your oufit depends on a number of things, fabric, design, length, embroidery etc. Prices start from approximately €500. In order to make your outfit we would need to take a deposit, the balance is then due at your fitting or you can pay in installments according to your personal circumstances.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY OUTFIT?
Depending on the design and embroidery or detail work needed most outfits take approximately 8 weeks to make, we do reccomend leaving much more time than this as we like to have all pieces finished in lots of time, especially if you are having a headpiece made and to match accessories etc.
