By renting and paying for this product you agree to rental terms outlined.
How it works:
Browse our rental collection and check for your size, we do encourage customers to try in person but if this is not a feasible option we endeavour to have details of sizing including length as accurate as possible for all items.
Check available dates and reserve online, payment will be taken at time of booking which includes a return prepaid postage sticker, and covers the cost of dry cleaning on return. Shipping cost of €9 will be added on checkout.
We are aware that sometimes the unexpected happens when you are wearing a piece if there is any minor damage easily fixed it is no problem however if there is a big issue and the garment cannot be fixed the full price of the outfit will be charged.
Please do not attempt to clean or dry clean the outfit yourself, we will take care of it.
Your rental will be dispatched to arrive with you 1-2 days before your event
Once you have worn it simply wrap it up and send back using your return sticker.
Each outfit will have a specific date it needs to be returned by in order for us to clean and re dispatch for the next rental. There will be a charge of €50 per day for late return of the outfit.
When you order your rental online you are confirming from measurements supplied that the outfit will fit correctly.
Should you need to cancel your rental due to change of plan you may do so until 2 weeks before the rental date and you will receive a full refund for the item, should you cancel after this period a credit note for the amount of your rental will be issued.
